Opening of therapeutic fountain in Vladikavkaz
A fountain, designed specifically for children suffering from cerebral palsy, will be opened in Vladikavkaz in summer 2015. The fountain construction was performed by FontanGrad Company on the territory of a rehabilitation center, the only one of its kind not only in Vladikavkaz, but also in Russia. This center will be a real "island of hope" for parents and their children suffering from cerebral palsy disease. In the center there is a developed system of medical and educational activities to restore the health of children using the newest technologies and creative approaches to fight against this disease. The idea of creating the center and the financing is realized thanks to Alan S. Wadati - the head of the charity Fund "Lavar".
The water dynamic and color changing fountain will become a part of a health improving program. Along with hippo therapy, art therapy, treatment with sand and music, the construction of the fountain in Vladikavkaz has made it possible to include aqua therapy in the treatment cycle. The fountain is designed in such way that children can move between the silver water jets, even on wheelchairs right by the plane of the fountain. Water fairy show has an original musical accompaniment and is lighted with multi-color lights. Thus, the fountain will appear before the audience not only as a bright accent, territory ornaments, but also will serve as a beacon of hope, a source of joy for children, whose fate has a special way.
The grand opening of the fountain in presence the Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matvienko and head of the charity fund "Lavar" Alan Suleimanovich Uadati will be held on June 1 on International Children's Day.
